Industrial sandblasting & painting

Ensign offers a high-quality sandblasting and industrial spray painting for the refurbishment and maintenance of existing machinery and equipment, as well as the finishing of new builds.

All work is carried out at our Rotorua manufacturing site in a state-of-the-art, fully undercover facility that’s been purpose built to meet the high paint standards we demand for our own product lines - Woodsman Pro and Ensign.

Our process focuses on meticulous preparation and precision coating using the best products to ensure durable, long-lasting finishes that stand up to the demands of the heavy industry.

What size can we blast & paint?

We can accommodate everything from small steel components to large-scale industrial machinery (50+ tonnes) across a wide range of industries, including forestry, construction, agriculture, transport, and general fabrication and repair.

Sand blasting booth: 5.6m (H) x 5.3m (W) x 15.5m (L)
Spray ovens: 6.5m (W) x 6.0m (H) x 15.3m (L)

Because our setup has been designed for high volume production we have the capacity and storage space to manage multiple projects at the same time and turn them around in a relatively short timeframe.
